  1. I do not dispute the reality of the problem for some, but KB4041676 worked well on my Windows 10 x64 CU Home laptop. It is too bad Microsoft choose not to update to the latest Flash feature version in Edge and IE11, although Chrome x634 beta and the latest stable Opera did update Flash.
